AOTC clone pilot lids

Post by heatshock on Wed 22 Jun 2011, 07:29

again another overhaul of a popular but inaccurate ebay helmet
heres my personal helmet next to a raw cast

with chest box and tubes

the helmet doesnt have a neck ring, but on special request I can slush resin to the mold divider (pic on the left) - its VERY rough, but you can build up on the platform to give you a neck ring if you so wanted

Helmets are slush casted in polyurethane resin filled with fibreglass hollow beads

Raw helmets with ear and chin greeb; standard grand republic decals - £75 shipped in UK
Raw chest box with box connectors and helmet connectors - £35 shipped in UK (no tubes, but I can supply em if you want?)
whole helmet and box kit - £100 shipped in UK

I cast em in my spare time, so turn around time is usually abt 1-2 weeks. Cash collected only when item is ready to head out the door.

Happy with my helmet mate, just wish I had a little more free time to complete it.

its up to you guys mate.
I am a known vendor for these lids. I hate touting for business though. You know whats its like in the prop world. On other forums - I have just been made a sticky.

Delete if you like and I hate bumping my own FS thread.
